By commissioning me means you agree to the terms below :
General• I have the rights to decline a commission request.
• I will be providing progress updates regarding the commission work/s.
• The client/s need to provide clear references or descriptions. OCs only need references but detailed descriptions are appreciated. While Customs need to be specific and has detailed descriptions. Pictures for the customs are also appreciated to ensure accurate results.
• The Commission request should be finished within 1 week after the payment was made. I will need to update you in case of any emergencies. Also depends on the complexity, detailed full bodies takes a bit more time.
• NO RUSH DELIVERY. Please understand that I draw very slowly, and may take a long time especially if I currently have a busy schedule.
• You may request revisions in each update but huge adjustments such as changing the poses, the whole outfit, hairstyles, and etc. AFTER the sketching phase are not allowed.
• My Commissions can only be done with the art style I'm providing. Telling me to draw in a completely different art style is prohibited.
• Finished artwork/s would be delivered through Gmail.Payment• Half or Full Payment after rough sketch.
• Payments will be made through a PAYPAL Invoice for utmost safety of both parties or through GCASH for local clients.
• Strictly NO Cancellations and NO Refunds once I started.Copyright• For Personal Use Only. Using the final artwork for financial gain is PROHIBITED.
• Do NOT claim the artwork as your drawing. Tracing, copying, or editing the artwork is also NOT allowed.
• I am allowed to post the artwork on my social medias but you may request not to if you're uncomfortable.
• You are allowed to post the commissioned artwork on your social medias. Crediting me is optional but it is greatly appreciated if you do.
